You can now write notes inside a conversation that only your team can see, alongside the customer's messages. Type @ to pull in a teammate — they get badged and emailed, and you can hand the conversation over in the same step. A Mentions filter shows everything waiting on you.

Do I need my own WhatsApp Business number?
Yes — DeelFlows runs on your own verified number through the WhatsApp Business Platform, so the relationship with your customers stays yours. We walk you through verification during onboarding.
What does Meta charge on top of the subscription?
Meta bills per conversation, at a rate that depends on the country and the conversation category. Your subscription covers the platform; conversation costs are passed through at cost.
Can I import my existing contacts?
You can, provided you have opt-in for them. Import by CSV or over the API, keep the consent record, and every send checks opt-in before it goes out.
How long does setup take?
Most workspaces send their first automated message the same week: connect the number, import contacts, get one template approved, publish a journey.
Does it work in Arabic?
Fully — RTL authoring with live preview, Arabic templates, and an Arabic dashboard. The site and the product both ship in English, Arabic, and Turkish.
