- Why is the close-rate drop a slider instead of a fixed figure?
- Because honest estimates beat borrowed stats. Speed-to-lead effects vary by market and price point, so you set the assumption rather than trusting a number we made up.
- How is revenue at risk worked out?
- Recoverable deals = leads x (close rate / (1 - your assumed drop) minus close rate). Multiply that by your average commission for the monthly figure, then by twelve for the year.
