- Why is the recovery rate a slider instead of a fixed figure?
- Because honest estimates beat borrowed stats. WhatsApp recovery varies by store, offer, and market, so you set the assumption rather than trusting a number we made up. A conservative range is 10-20%.
- How is the COD loss worked out?
- COD loss = orders x COD share x return-to-origin rate x average order value. It is the money spent shipping cash-on-delivery parcels that bounce back undelivered.
- How do I actually recover this?
