These terms govern participation in the DeelFlows affiliate and partner program ("Program") operated by Site For Biz ("DeelFlows", "we", "us"), developer of the platform available at https://deelflows.com. They apply to every person or company that refers customers to DeelFlows in exchange for commission ("Partner", "you"), whether enrolled directly or through a partner management platform such as Reditus, Rewardful, or Tolt ("Partner Platform").
By applying to the Program, creating a partner account, or using a referral link, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not participate.
1. Definitions
Lead — a person or business that reaches DeelFlows through your referral link, promo code, or another tracking method we approve, and is recorded as yours by the Partner Platform.
Customer — a Lead that creates a DeelFlows workspace and starts a paid subscription.
Qualified Trial — a Lead that creates a workspace, connects a store or WhatsApp number, and switches on the AI agent or sends a first broadcast within the trial period.
Commission Period — the period during which a Customer's payments earn you commission, as set out in Section 4.
Net Revenue — the amount a Customer actually pays DeelFlows for an eligible subscription, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, message or conversation pass-through charges billed by Meta, and one-off services.
2. Joining the Program
2.1. You apply through the Partner Platform or our partner page. We review every application and may accept or decline it at our discretion, without giving reasons.
2.2. You must be at least 18, able to enter a binding contract, and not located in a country subject to sanctions that would prohibit us from paying you.
2.3. One account per Partner. Do not share your account or referral links with third parties for them to promote on your behalf without our written consent.
2.4. The Program is non-exclusive. We may work with other partners and promote DeelFlows ourselves. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship, and you may not make commitments on our behalf.
3. Partner types
The same terms apply to every partner type unless a written addendum says otherwise.
3.1. Affiliates — publishers, reviewers, creators, and newsletter authors who send traffic through referral links.
3.2. Referral partners — consultants and freelancers who recommend DeelFlows to the businesses they serve.
3.3. Agency partners — agencies that set up and run DeelFlows for their clients. Agency partners keep 100% of any setup, management, or service fees they charge their clients. We bill the client's subscription; you earn commission on it.
4. Commission
4.1 Rate
For each Customer you refer, you earn 40% of Net Revenue for the first 12 months of that Customer's paid subscription, and 30% of Net Revenue for every month after that, for as long as the Customer remains paid and active.
4.2 Qualified Trial bounty
We pay a one-time USD 50 for each Qualified Trial, whether or not it converts. A Qualified Trial counts once per business. We may cap bounties per Partner per month and will say so in writing before applying a cap.
4.3 Attribution window
A Lead is attributed to you if the Lead signs up within 90 days of clicking your referral link. Last-click wins between partners. A Lead using your promo code at signup is attributed to you regardless of click date.
4.4 Eligible subscriptions
Any DeelFlows subscription plan (Starter, Growth, Scale, and any future plan), including upgrades and renewals. Credit packs and add-ons earn commission at the same rate. Enterprise or custom contracts negotiated directly by us earn commission only if agreed in writing.
4.5 No commission is earned
a. On Leads who were already DeelFlows users or trial users before your referral.
b. On payments we did not receive, that were refunded, or were charged back.
c. On your own subscriptions, or those of a business you own or control (self-referral).
d. On Leads generated in breach of Section 5 or applicable law.
e. On pass-through messaging charges, taxes, setup fees, or professional services.
4.6 Changes to rates
We may change commission rates for future referrals with 14 days' written notice. Customers you referred before the change keep the rate in force when they were referred.
5. Promotion rules
You will:
5.1. Follow all applicable laws, including advertising, consumer protection, data protection, and anti-spam laws in every country you promote in.
5.2. Disclose your affiliate relationship clearly wherever you promote DeelFlows (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link" visible next to the content), as required by the FTC, ASA, and equivalent regulators.
5.3. Describe DeelFlows honestly. Use only the current pricing and features published on deelflows.com, and never promise results, discounts, or capabilities we have not published or confirmed in writing.
You will not:
5.4. Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or other communications to promote DeelFlows.
5.5. Bid on, buy, or target "DeelFlows", "Deel Flows", misspellings, or our domain in any paid search or social advertising, or use our brand in ad copy, display URLs, or landing pages that could be mistaken for ours.
5.6. Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframes, pop-unders, toolbars, incentivized clicks, or any method that records a referral without a genuine click by the Lead.
5.7. Publish our referral links on coupon, voucher, cashback, or deal-aggregator sites, or offer unauthorized discounts, unless we have approved it in writing.
5.8. Promote DeelFlows on sites or channels that contain unlawful, hateful, adult, or misleading content, or that breach the policies of Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, or other platforms we integrate with.
5.9. Register domains, social handles, or app listings containing our name or trademarks.
5.10. Alter our logos or promotional materials, or present yourself as DeelFlows, an employee, or an official representative.
6. Payouts
6.1 Currency and method
Commission is calculated and paid in USD via PayPal or Wise, or another method offered by the Partner Platform. You are responsible for any fees your payment provider charges and for currency conversion costs.
6.2 Timing
Commission on a Customer payment becomes payable 30 days after we receive that payment, to allow for refunds and chargebacks. We pay approved commission monthly.
6.3 Threshold
We pay when your approved balance reaches USD 50. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
6.4 Statements and disputes
Your balance and referral history are shown in the Partner Platform. Tell us in writing about any error within 30 days of the statement; after that the statement is final. The Partner Platform's tracking records are the reference for attribution unless you show they are wrong.
6.5 Taxes
You are responsible for all taxes on commission you receive. Where the law requires, we may withhold tax or request tax documentation before paying you.
6.6 Clawback
If a Customer's payment is refunded or charged back after we paid commission on it, we deduct that commission from your next payout. Bounties for Qualified Trials that turn out to be fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred are deducted the same way.
7. Term and termination
7.1. These terms apply from the day we accept your application and continue until terminated.
7.2. Either party may terminate at any time by written notice, for any reason.
7.3. If you terminate, or if we terminate without cause, you keep earning commission on Customers you referred before termination, at the rate in Section 4, for as long as those Customers stay paid, up to 24 months from the termination date. No new referrals are attributed after termination.
7.4. If we terminate for cause — breach of Section 5, fraud, misrepresentation, self-referral, or conduct that harms our reputation — unpaid commission is forfeited and no further commission is owed.
7.5. On termination you stop using our referral links, brand, and materials within 7 days.
8. Intellectual property and brand use
8.1. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use our name, logo, and the promotional materials we provide, only to promote DeelFlows under these terms and in the form we supply them.
8.2. All rights in DeelFlows, its content, and materials stay with Site For Biz. Nothing here transfers any intellectual property to you.
8.3. With your consent, we may list you as a partner on our website and use your name and logo for that purpose. You may withdraw consent at any time in writing.
9. Data protection
9.1. Each party is an independent controller of the personal data it processes. You must have a lawful basis for any personal data you use to promote DeelFlows and must not share Lead personal data with us other than through the referral mechanisms we provide.
9.2. We share with you only the referral data needed to calculate commission (for example a workspace identifier, plan, and payment status), not the Customer's personal data, unless the Customer is your agency client and has authorised it.
10. Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential — including commission figures, unreleased features, pricing not shown publicly, and Customer details — and uses it only to perform under these terms. This does not apply to information that is public, already known to the receiving party, independently developed, or that must be disclosed by law.
11. Liability
11.1. We are liable only for direct damage caused by our breach of these terms, up to the total commission paid to you in the 3 months before the event. We are not liable for lost profit, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect or consequential loss.
11.2. The Program is provided "as is". We do not guarantee tracking uptime, conversion rates, or any level of earnings.
11.3. Neither party is liable for failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including outages of the Partner Platform, payment providers, or messaging platforms.
11.4. You indemnify us against claims arising from your promotional activity, your breach of Section 5, or your breach of applicable law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email or through the Partner Platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. If you do not accept a change, terminate before the effective date under Section 7. Continuing to promote DeelFlows after the effective date means you accept the change.
13. General
13.1 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
13.2 Assignment
We may assign these terms to a successor or affiliate. You may not assign them without our written consent.
13.3 Notices
"Written" includes email and messages through the Partner Platform.
13.4 Severability and entire agreement
If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with any written addendum we sign with you, are the entire agreement about the Program and replace any earlier discussions.
