How to build your first Journey
Nodes: Entry, Delay, Wait For, Split, WhatsApp, Exit — plus Events variable bindings.

SpeakerA Journey is a graph of nodes Contacts walk until Exit.
SpeakerEntry is Segment or Event. Event Entry is required for Events variables in Templates.
SpeakerDelay waits a fixed time. Wait For waits for a Segment — but not with Event Entry.
SpeakerSplit branches Yes or No on Segment membership or an event since entry.
SpeakerWhatsApp sends a Template. Bind Events placeholders to the trigger event, or use Manual override.
SpeakerPresets like Abandoned Cart drop Delay plus Split for you. Activate when ready.
