Rate limits
Requests are limited per API key, per second, based on your plan.

Response headers
Every response tells you where you stand:
x-ratelimit-limit: 10
x-ratelimit-remaining: 7
x-ratelimit-reset: 1When you exceed the limit
You get a 429 with a retry-after header (seconds). Back off and retry; for bursts, spread writes over time or queue them.
