Connect your account

In Zapier, search for Deel Flows and connect it with an API key from Settings → API Keys. Zapier validates the key against your workspace automatically.

Triggers

• New Inbound Message — fires when a contact sends your workspace a WhatsApp message.
• Contact Opted In / Opted Out — fires on consent changes.

Actions

• Create or Update Contact — upsert by phone number.
• Track Event — push an event that can start a journey.
• Send Template Message — send an approved WhatsApp template to a contact.

Example Zaps

• Shopify order placed → Track Event order_placed → a Deel Flows journey sends the confirmation and a review request three days later.
• New Inbound Message → create a row in Google Sheets / a card in your CRM.
• Calendly booking → Send Template Message with the meeting time.
