Connect DeelFlows to thousands of apps using Zapier or Make to automate workflows and data sync.
What it is
DeelFlows provides native integrations with Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat) for connecting to external apps.
Use DeelFlows API actions to create Contacts, send messages, update user properties, and trigger Journeys.
Use DeelFlows triggers to react to events like new Contacts, message replies, or opt-ins.
When to use it
- When you need to connect DeelFlows to apps that don't have a native integration.
- When you want to build custom workflows triggered by external events like form submissions, CRM updates, or payment transactions.
- When you need to sync data between DeelFlows and other tools in your stack.

Step by step
1. Get Your API Keys
Navigate to Settings → API Keys in DeelFlows.
Generate a new Public API key or Write Key depending on your use case.
Public API keys are for full API access with read and write permissions.
Write Keys are for data ingestion only (creating Contacts, tracking events) and are more secure for public-facing integrations.
Copy the key immediately—it's shown only once. Store it securely.
2. Set Up Zapier
Visit the official Zapier documentation at /docs/integrations/zapier for step-by-step setup.
In Zapier, search for DeelFlows and connect your Workspace using your API key.
Choose a trigger (e.g., new Contact, message reply) or action (e.g., create Contact, send message).
Map fields from your source app to DeelFlows user properties or message content.
Test the Zap to ensure data flows correctly.
3. Set Up Make
Visit the official Make documentation at /docs/integrations/make for step-by-step setup.
In Make, add the DeelFlows module to your scenario.
Authenticate using your DeelFlows Public API key or Write Key.
Configure modules for triggers (e.g., webhook for new Contact) or actions (e.g., HTTP request to create Contact).
Map data fields and test the scenario.
4. Common Workflow Examples
Google Sheets → DeelFlows: Import rows as Contacts when new rows are added.
Typeform → DeelFlows: Create Contacts from form submissions and trigger welcome Journeys.
DeelFlows → Slack: Post a notification to Slack when a high-value Contact replies.
Stripe → DeelFlows: Update Contact user properties when payment succeeds or subscription renews.
FAQ & gotchas
What's the difference between Public API keys and Write Keys?
Public API keys provide full access to your Workspace data and actions. Write Keys are limited to creating Contacts and tracking events, making them safer for public integrations.
Can I use the same API key in Zapier and Make?
Yes. API keys work across all integrations. However, for security, consider generating separate keys for different tools so you can revoke access independently.
Are there rate limits for API calls?
Yes. Rate limits depend on your plan. Check /docs/api-reference for current limits. If you need higher limits, contact support.
Can I trigger Journeys via Zapier or Make?
Yes. Use the 'Add Contact to Journey' API action to enroll Contacts in a Journey programmatically.
What happens if a Zap or Make scenario fails?
Failed tasks are logged in Zapier or Make. You can retry them manually or configure automatic retries. Check error logs for troubleshooting.
