FAQ & gotchas
What is a session window?
A session window is a 24-hour period after a Contact messages you. During this window, you can reply free-form without a Template. From 1 October 2026, Meta charges these replies at your market's utility rate after 1,000 free service messages per phone number each month. After the window expires, you must use approved Templates to message them.
What is the AI lead score?
The AI lead score analyzes message content and Contact behavior to predict their likelihood to convert. Higher scores help you prioritize which Conversations to focus on first.
Can I filter Conversations?
Yes. Use the filter buttons above the Conversation list to show only unread, assigned, or high-priority Conversations.
How do I set up the Pipeline?
Go to Settings → Pipeline to create custom stages for your sales process. You can add, remove, or reorder stages to match your workflow.
